These Omcan work tables with sinks are made of 18-gauge 430 stainless steel - the most popular stainless steel in the foodservice industry thanks to its high corrosion resistance. It is 30 inches deep, front to back, and it includes a 10-inch high sink plus a 6-inch high backsplash, low-lead deck-mounted faucet, and 3.5-inch drain basket. The sink is available on the left or right side, and the whole unit is available either 60 or 72 inches wide.
You can get a separate work table and a separate work sink but combing the two saves you space and makes food prep a little easier for your kitchen staff. The undershelf is a great place to store ingredients and supplies and has an aluminum corner bracket. The table's legs, sockets, and bullet feet are stainless steel.
The 60-inch wide models' overall load capacity is 1177 pounds and their undershelves' capacity is 484 pounds. The 72-inch wide models' overall load capacity is 1221 pounds and their undershelves' capacity is 506 pounds.
