Shipping policy

At Mega Food Equipment, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship orders.

1. Free Shipping

  • T&S Brass Sale!
    When you add more than $300 of T&S Brass products to your cart, you will get you free shipping on those products. Any T&S Brass products that cost less than $300 are still eligible for free shipping if you also add other eligible smallwares for a combined total of over $300. This sale is for a limited time only.
  • Free Shipping
    If you see a product page with the green box that reads "FREE SHIPPING*", that means it ships free except to remote locations (see full list below).
  • Eligible for Free Shipping
    If you see a product page with the green box that reads "ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING*", that means it will ship free when you have over $300-worth of products with this message in your cart. Again, remote locations are exempt (see full list below).
  • Other Products May Have Shipping Charges
    If you have Free Shipping products plus other products in your cart, there may still be shipping charges associated with those other items. So even if you have Free Shipping products in your cart, that does not guarantee everything on your order will ship for free.
  • Remote Locations
    Our Free Shipping Policy does not include remote locations including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and other remote/island locations. If you're unsure if your shipping address is remote or not, please contact us at support@megafoodequipment.ca for assistance.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. We will notify you if delays are expected.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as Purolator and other freight providers depending on the size and destination of the order.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Some large or heavy items may require a freight quote. We will contact you prior to processing your order if this applies.
  • Our Free Shipping Policy does not include remote locations including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and other remote/island locations. 5. Delivery Areas

  • We ship to addresses across Canada.
  • If you require shipping outside of Canada or would like information regarding whether your Canadian address is remote or not, please contact us at support@megafoodequipment.ca for assistance.

6. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times range from 2–10 business days depending on the destination and product availability.
  • If you want to purchase a product that is not available, contact us directly.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

7. Freight Shipments

  • Larger equipment may be delivered by a freight carrier.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • You must inspect your shipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
  • If your shipment is damaged, take pictures of the damage and report it on the shipping document. If you sign off on a shipping document and discover damage later, we may be unable to help you.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a resolution as quickly as possible.
