The Centerline by Hobart CDH door-type pass thru dishwasher delivers powerful, high-temperature sanitizing performance for commercial kitchens across Canada. Capable of washing up to 51 racks per hour while using just 0.73 gallons of water per rack, this dishwasher offers both efficiency and effectiveness for high-volume dishwashing operations.
The CDH features a recirculating wash design, with automatic fill, automatic pumped drain, and a pumped rinse system for superior cleaning results. It offers 2 wash cycles—standard and extended—to accommodate different levels of soiling. With an 18-inch pillarless door opening, it allows easy loading and unloading of racks in fast-paced environments.
Built with stainless steel construction, this unit is engineered for durability. It includes a top-mounted user interface with a digital LED temperature display, providing real-time visibility of operating conditions. The tank heat is electric, and the dishwasher can be installed in either straight-through or corner configurations, offering installation flexibility.
This Energy Star-certified and NSF-rated model includes a tri-prong snap-in, revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arm in a low-profile design. A 2-part stainless steel scrap screen is removable for easy cleaning. The CDH also features a delime notification and dedicated cycle for simplified maintenance. It comes standard as 3-phase but can be converted to 1-phase in the field, making it adaptable to different electrical setups.
