BakeMax's BMSRAF01 is a commercial air fryer designed to recreate the flavour and texture of deep-fried food—without the grease. It features dual heating elements that combine forced hot air and radiant heat, working with an elevated, perforated cooking basket that ensures food turns out crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. This unit can fry up to 5 pounds per batch and offers 2 different electrical configurations to meet your needs.
Compared to traditional deep fryers, greaseless fryers like this one produce food with 20% to 40% less fat. They're also 30% to 40% faster than convection ovens and eliminate the risks and cleanup associated with hot oil.
The BMSRAF01 includes a smartphone-style touchscreen that lets you create and store up to 108 recipes with adjustable names, times, and cooking temperatures in °Celsius or °Fahrenheit. A hooded ventilation system is not required for operation.
The BMSRAF comes with a 1-year warranty. A double-decker model is also available.
