The griddle features a full stainless steel body for long-term durability and easy maintenance. At its core is a 0.75” thick highly polished steel grill plate, specifically designed for superior heat retention and consistent cooking performance. Each burner—made from heavy-duty cast iron—delivers 30,000 BTUs and independently heats a 12” section of the grill, allowing for even heat distribution and the ability to cook different foods simultaneously at varying temperatures.
Each burner is equipped with an easy-light pilot located at its side for quick and safe ignition. Stainless steel splash guards surround the griddle, helping contain splatter and grease, while a full-width 4 3/8” grease tray simplifies cleanup. The unit also features a 0.75” rear gas connection for seamless installation and comes with adjustable chromed stainless steel legs to ensure stability on any countertop. An LP conversion kit is included, making it suitable for both natural gas and propane configurations.
