The unit features a robust stainless steel body for strength, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. A 0.75” thick highly polished steel grill plate ensures excellent heat retention and distribution across the cooking surface. Each cast iron burner independently controls a 12” section of the grill plate, with each burner delivering 30,000 BTUs—whether running on natural gas or propane. Easy-light pilots are located at the side of each burner for quick and simple ignition.
Stainless steel splash guards surround the griddle surface to protect walls and nearby equipment from grease and food splatter. The unit also includes a full-width 4 3/8” grease tray that funnels grease for quick and efficient cleanup. A 0.75” rear gas connection and adjustable chromed stainless steel legs are included for ease of installation and leveling. For added versatility, an LP conversion kit is supplied with every unit.
