It includes a 15-minute manual timer and manual 3-speed controls offering speeds of 123, 229, and 386 RPM. Its planetary mixing action ensures consistent blending and kneading results across all applications.
The body is constructed from all metal and die-cast aluminum, while the internal transmission is made from hardened alloy steel gears. All shafts are mounted on ball bearings to ensure smooth operation and long service life. The mixer includes a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip, all custom-fitted for this unit.
