Glass Washers

Canadian foodservice establishments that go through a high number of glasses every day—such as wineries, bars, or cafés—should consider using a commercial glass washer. These machines are designed to use low-pressure water to help prevent breakage and chipping. One of the key choices you'll need to make is whether to go with a low-temp or high-temp glass washer.

Low-temp models use sanitizing chemicals, which will need to be refilled regularly. While they are more affordable to purchase and operate, they may struggle with removing lipstick and grease. One benefit is that they release dishes at a cooler temperature, so the glasses can be reused quickly without needing time to cool down.

High-temp machines use hot water to sanitize and are much more effective at removing tough residues like grease and lipstick. However, they cost more upfront and use more energy. You'll also likely need to allow the glasses to cool before handling or reusing them.

We offer both undercounter and carousel-style glass washers. Undercounter units have a compact footprint and resemble home dishwashers, while carousel models are ideal for bars and high-traffic areas where a steady output of clean glasses is needed.
