The Robot Coupe Compact Range Series of medium-duty immersion blenders comprise of the CMP 250 VV and the CMP 400 VV. They are engineered for precision and versatility in professional kitchens. Each model features a variable speed motor ranging from 2,300 to 9,600 RPM, allowing chefs to achieve the desired texture for sauces, emulsions, and small preparations.

The CMP 250 VV is equipped with a 310-watt motor and a 9.8-inch shaft, ideal for processing up to 15 litres, while the CMP 400 VV boasts a 450-watt motor and a 9.4-inch shaft, handling volumes up to 73 litres.

Constructed with durability in mind, these immersion blenders feature stainless steel blades, bells, and shafts, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
