A salamander broiler with 14" x 17.7" warming base with adjustable top grill
The Omcan CE-CN-1506-S is a commercial-grade electric salamander broiler. Salamanders are something of a specialty appliance but would still be well-suited for use at restaurants, hotels, cafés, and more.
This product features a solid stainless steel construction and quick quartz heating from the top. The top grill is adjustable for fast cooking with minimal loss of heat. The model rests on top of rubber feet and has a removable base tray. A wall-mounting kit is also included.
