The Vulcan SX24-4B is a compact, high-performance 24-inch commercial gas range equipped with 4 open top burners and a space saver oven. The space saver oven accommodates a full-size bake sheet front to back, offering excellent versatility in a smaller footprint.
Each of the 4 open burners delivers 28,000 BTU per hour and features lift-off heads for easy cleaning and maintenance. A shrouded flash tube pilot system supports 1 pilot per 2 burners for safe and efficient ignition. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast top grates include aeration bowls to optimize flame distribution and cooking consistency.
The standard oven provides 30,000 BTU per hour of heating power and features a spacious cavity measuring 20.6" x 25.5" x 13.7" (width, depth, height). The oven thermostat adjusts from 250° to 500° Fahrenheit (121.1° to 260° Celsius), allowing for a wide range of baking and roasting applications. It comes with 1 oven rack and 4 rack positions for flexible cooking configurations.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, the SX24-4B is built for long-lasting durability in demanding kitchen environments.
