Crafted with a seamless stainless steel door frame and two layers of LOW-E glass, the cabinet ensures excellent insulation and visibility while maintaining internal climate stability. The door is also lockable for added security. Inside, the cabinet is outfitted with three stainless steel shelves, one stainless steel salt tray, and white LED lighting to showcase your products beautifully.
The DA-CN-0353 uses an advanced UVC sterilization system, a fan cooling system, and a humidification system to ensure the optimal environment for dry aging. It offers a humidity range between 60% and 85% and a temperature range of 33.8° to 77° Fahrenheit (0° to 25° Celsius), controlled via an intuitive touchpad controller with an LED display.
