The Pratica FIT ST Single Mag is a stackable ventless high-speed countertop oven built for operators who want to double capacity without giving up bench space. It combines impinged air convection, a single microwave magnetron, and infrared heat to finish breakfast sandwiches, chicken wings, muffins, lasagnas, mac and cheese, sub sandwiches, and other partially prepared dishes with excellent flavor, color, and crispness. The shorter 16.7" body drops onto a 24" countertop and cooks 12" pizzas.
