The Lamber F99EKDPS is a high temperature undercounter dishwasher built for commercial and institutional kitchens. As a high temperature dishwasher, it rinses your dishes and kitchen utensils by using hot enough water to kill most bacteria and harmful microorganisms.
The overall dimensions (WDH) of the Lamber F99EKDPS are 25.59" x 23.62 x 32.28". The rotating wash arms are stainless steel, and the unit's exterior is constructed of stainless steel. It has automatic tank loading, and the tank is self-washing with no-weld rounded edges.
A couple new features of the Lamber F99EKDPS that have improved since the earlier model, the Lamber F92EKDPS, are an increased clearance height of 14.57-inches, which allows larger dishes and utensils to fit inside it; and a new microfilter system that keeps the water cleaner for longer, and reduces detergent use by 20%.
